TH Foods Academy is comprised of the Training and Development Department and Cross – Functional Teams (CFTs), and subject matter experts throughout the organization who share their knowledge and insights to make TH Foods a safe, productive supplier of safe quality foods.
TH Foods Academy is a provider of timely, flexible performance improvement solutions. It has the ability to design, develop and deliver programs that have an impact on business results including:

  1. Executive, management, supervision and team training to strengthen leadership development.
  2. Career training tracks that “build the bench” and “promote from within” to capitalize on a diverse workforce and depth of experience.

TH Foods Academy consists of experienced professionals coordinating development and delivery of classroom training, videos, manuals, web-based instruction and train-the-trainer curriculums. TH Foods training records and reports are electronically documented within the Alchemy Training System, including Player, eLearning, Coach, and Playbook. Records may be audited by the FDA, OSHA, State of Illinois and TH Foods customers.
