Our food safety practices are implemented both at the supplier level and our production facilities to provide consumers with a high – quality product. We require all supplier facilities to perform annual food safety audits to ensure the highest quality and s afety standards are verified. We have Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans in place to ensure physical, chemical, microbiological, and radiological risks are mitigated and only safe product reaches our customers and consumers. Additionally, at each TH Foods production facility, all Food Safety Leaders are required to be Preventive Control Qualified Individuals (PCQI). PCQI are qualified people who have successfully completed training in the development and application of risk – based preventive controls.
100% of our product nutritional labels are verified from a third party vendor to ensure accuracy and transparency to consumers. Beyond the national food safety standards, we have additional certifications to provide consumers high quality products:
