In November, TH Foods is setting up shop at the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) 2017 Private Label Trade Show for a few days. From Nov. 12-14, we’ll be featuring a variety of new crackers, snacks and snack mix components at the Rosemont Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

Our exhibit in the Food & Beverages Section of the North Hall, booth F2124, will allow us to showcase Contract Manufacturing/Private Label specialty crackers and snacks, as well as Bulk snack mix components, all which can be custom made.

The Crunch Customers Crave

The new TH Foods specialty crackers provide the crunch desired by consumers, plus they meet a variety of nutritional claims, including gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, low fat, low sodium, high in fiber, and whole grains. The crackers, snack crisps, and chips can be large or small, and light and crispy with a crunch or a soft texture. All of our crackers, snack crisps, and chips are available in various shapes, including round, tortilla/triangle, square, oval, squiggle, and minis. A sampling of the crackers and snacks that will be featured at the PLMA Show include:

  • Coconut Crisps made with real coconut
  • Black Bean and Fiesta Lime Crackers
  • Four Cheese Brown Rice Crackers

Trends Drive New Snack Mix Components

Our newest snack mix components were developed based on proprietary consumer research. In March of 2017, we surveyed 302 millennials to determine their snack mix preferences and buying patterns. Based on the research results, we developed four new snack mix sticks, which will be featured at the PLMA Show and available for sample requests.

  • Cinnamon Bun Stick: With the taste of a gooey cinnamon bun, the sesame sticks are dipped in real honey then lightly coated in a sweet cinnamon bun seasoning for a balance of indulgence and crunch. There are no artificial colors or flavors, no MSG, and no autolyzed yeast extract.
  • Power Grain Quinoa Stick: Containing the simple ingredients of corn, salt, soybean oil, and quinoa, a power grain that is known for its great wholesome taste and health benefits.
  • Vegetable Red Beet Stick: Featuring beets, an up-and-coming vegetable, these non-GMO lightly salted snack sticks come in a brilliant red color and are made from corn, quinoa, beets, salt, and soybean oil.
  • Pineapple Habanero Honey Stick: Real honey, sesame, and habanero peppers are crafted with the taste of pineapple to create an excellent balance of sweet and heat.
